Colostrum is the nourishing fluid produced by mammals as food for the newborn in the few days after birth, before milk production begins. This bovine-derived food supplement offers a variety of biologically active proteins, including Immunoglobulins, Lactoferrin, and other factors that support the maintenance of lean muscle tissue, as well as a healthy immune system. Cellulose (capsule), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Silica, and < 1% MCT Oil and Sunflower Lecithin. Contains milk.
Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily as needed.

I like colostrum for gut repair, but it’s expensive. It’s a fairly cheap product compared to NZ brands and I can feel the difference. However, you don’t need a lot. I stopped taking ti because I am casein and lactose intolerant and over time I found the reaction uncomfortable.

This is a great product at a great price. I use colostrum not only for the immune system – it has a very good preventive effect, also for the gastrointestinal tract, and beautiful smooth clean skin with a glowing and radiant effect. I take colostrum for up to 3 months, after which I take a 1 month break. I prefer to combine its intake with spirulina, collagen and vitamins for the skin. For best results and absorption, I take it on an empty stomach – either morning or evening, 3 grams daily, drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Working regimen, with proven results for me.
