Recommended use:

Of course, I trust the Now brand because of its quality ingredients. The capsule size is medium and the pack is enough for up to 3 months if taken 1x daily. I was already taking inositol, but recently read about the benefits of choline for fatty liver disease. I don’t have a deficiency per se, but I take it as a supplement. It has no taste because it is in capsule.
