I bought Chitosan to help me with my diet. I don’t take them every day, just on days when I’m going to have a hard meal like a cheat meal full of junk food. I don’t know if it’s helpful for weight loss yet, my goal was not to gain weight even when eating something high in calories, and I can say it does the job, actually. If you look at the ingredient list, you will also see Chromium there, which is a good appetite suppressant. For now, I think it works as a weight control tool. I find the dosage quite large so if you take 3 pills before a meal it’s normal it will help you lose weight as you need to drink plenty of water with it so little food goes into your stomach after all way )) )))

Since I’m drinking this now with white beans as a starch neutralizer, I can’t tell which one has an effect on me, but I feel like I can’t eat as much as usual, and I already feel full afterwards half the food. didn’t know what to expect when I started, but at the risk of IMD, I had horrible IBS symptoms for about 6 years, then found CBD oil, which after About a month of constant use completely solved the pain and cramping issues. Two years later I read about chitosan and its fat binding properties and decided to give it a try. I noticed on day 2 that my mornings were much more comfortable, and uh bulky and uh…much more buoyant. The quality is good. The ingredients are real. The size is acceptable. I found research that showed Crohn’s patients often see relief from chitosan due to its sequestration of fat in the intestines, which made me feel much better as I feared that fat not absorbed by the small intestine does cause problems in the large intestine. I basically take 2-3 pills with a high fat meal to avoid running out of essential fat soluble nutrients.

I usually take one to two capsules before having heavy/large meals, or before eating anything fatty (like fast food). So far I haven’t noticed a significant difference, but I think it takes a lot longer to show results. But remember that you should not take any oil-soluble supplements (such as vitamin A, D3 or omega-3, etc.) within 4 hours of taking chitosan, as this will hinder absorption .
