Castor Oil (Ricinus communis) (Seed) (Cold Pressed, Hexane Free), Fennel Oil (Foeniculum vulgare) (Fruit)
Other ingredients:
Softgel Capsule (gelatin, water, glycerin).
Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food as needed.

Castor oil is an excellent laxative product with many other benefits for your liver. Now the size of the supplements are always generous for the price so this product will last a while if used in rotation with other mild laxatives like I do. I take it once a week and never had a bad reaction. No aftertaste or reflux and as usual the quality is excellent.

Easy to swallow and small. Works in 15-30 minutes. It is soft. I took a pill. I’m going to start small by taking one a day with my meal. If I need to take it, I will increase the dose. Don’t hurt your stomach. Super detox. Not a gimmick. Be sure to drink plenty of water and eat while taking them. It does have a little taste when you burp after taking it but other than that it’s great. Better than being backed up and not being able to go regularly.

Does the job. No need to detail how it works. Mild, best if taken with LOTS of water. For me it works overnight, your mileage will vary. The pills are a little big but I guess that’s the nature of the product. It looks high quality with pure ingredients. It’s a good price for the size and when I run out I will definitely be buying again.

Castor oil is given at regular intervals as a laxative to flush out toxins as well as to remove parasites from the intestines – essentially a deworming agent. You should (avoid if you suffer from IBS, hemorrhoids and stomach ulcers). It is of high quality and comes in capsules that are easy to swallow and tasteless. The added ingredient of fennel helps ward off indigestion.

Very useful oil for constipation, I use this ingredient on several patients. The taste in natura is strong, in capsules the dosage can go up to 10 capsules preferably in the evening and according to the consistency of the stools, reduce the quantity, until obtaining a sausage pattern, whole and consistent. Maintain the quantity that brings benefits and the quality of feces.

Very useful if you ever tend to constipation. I find it quite mild and the capsules aren’t greasy on the outside which is great. I take 2 in the evening if I had not had a bowel movement that day. My toddler was constipated and I gave him one at night (I promised him a mnm if he swallowed it and he had no problem!) and his bowel movements were easy the next day. Often if he doesn’t poop for one day the next day it’s painful, but not this time! Yay!
