Gelatin (capsule) and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Recommended use:
Take 2 capsules twice daily, preferably with food.

Someone recommended this to me and she said with the ingredient: MCHC it doesn’t cause calcium spikes in the blood, that’s important because it stops it from being deposited in the soft tissues where you don’t don’t want. I have also heard from a few people that Ecosupplements has some great quality supplements.

crack open a handful and add them straight into my jar of Christopher’s Herbal Tooth Powder and Gum and so far it works great! My mouth hasn’t felt and looked this good in years and the sensitivity is all but gone. I might also try adding capsules to my herbal mouthwash. Will update this review on how it goes.

have noticed a difference in my teeth since taking it and hope it helps my bones as well. I have a medically restricted diet and definitely didn’t have enough calcium. If you’re prone to constipation, you might want to stick with calcium citrate, but I really appreciate getting the trace ingredients from real bone meal. Since calcium citrate absorbs well on an empty stomach, I take calcium citrate KAL in the middle of the night and now take calcium hydroxyapatite NOW during the day. Consider spacing out your minerals so your body is able to absorb them. For example, if you take calcium and magnesium at the same time, stick to about 25% of the DV of each. If you’re only taking calcium in one sitting, take up to 500mg and try not to take it with the same meal that you eat a lot of dairy. Otherwise, you’re wasting minerals and straining your body. Also remove your calcium from your multivitamin if it contains iron.

am so thrilled to have this form on Ecosupplements. It is an easily absorbed form, but not commonly available in health stores. I have osteoporosis and desperately need something like this, something that won’t clog my kidneys like calcium carbonate. Just make sure you don’t take it with multivitamins (if they contain iron), vitamin D, iron, and strontium. It must also be taken at 2 hours of zinc. The best time to take calcium is in the morning and at noon.

Excellent form of structural and bone calcium, easily absorbed and assimilated by the body, included in many formulas on the market, alongside vitamin D, K2 and other cofactors. Sometimes you don’t want a bone-building formula with the 15-20 ingredients (vitamins, minerals) needed for bone building, and you’re better off taking the various co-factors spread throughout the day/week. Well, a lot of people find bone building formulas to be tough on the stomach, myself included, and I’ve done a lot better taking these calcium hydroxyapatite capsules spaced out vitamin D, strontium, etc. . This is a great compound and many people, whether on an animal or plant-based diet, could use the structural support that comes from taking these capsules. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I bought this to use with my tooth powder. I open a few capsules at a time and put them in a small bottle with silica gel packets to keep them dry. Just add a little pinch to my tooth powder and I get a perfect product with all the ingredients I want for the cleanliness and remineralization of my teeth.
