MCT Oil (medium chain triglycerides), Softgel Capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, carob), Sunflower Lecithin and Beeswax. MCT Oil from coconut/palm kernel oil. Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily as needed with food.

Boswellia herb, otherwise known as Frankensence, has a long history, especially as a powerful anti-inflammatory, but many brands don’t have enough of it or mix it with other herbs in addition. small amounts that just aren’t as effective as a large dose of this herb on its own. Now the brand has one of the highest potencies at a good price, so you only have to take two a day, morning and night, instead of 4 or more from other less potent brands. However, it takes time to work, so give it at least a full month trial with all the benefits usually taking 2 months.

think it is a quality supplement and excellent value for money. The ingredient is an extract with more potency than just ground herb. For me, I combine this with a turmeric blend for an added anti-inflammatory effect. There is an overall improvement in my fibromyalgia and osteoporosis symptoms and concerns. I also suffer from depression and the latest research suggests a correlation between inflammation and depression. There is no taste or smell. It’s gentle on my stomach. I can’t prescribe, but in my case I definitely feel benefits.

for people who can’t take NSAIDs I’ve tried and worked but with GERD and H. Pylori, gastroparesis and history of ulcers I can’t take them. This has been recommended by more than one doctor, although 900mg per day has been suggested, I only take one and have to be sure to take it with my heaviest meal or I will still be in pain in the stomach (or I’ll drink aloe vera gel first). Therefore, it is essential for me or anyone suffering from diseases caused by inflammation. I also love that it has MCT oil.

Taking certain Boswellia serrata extracts alone or with other ingredients may somewhat reduce pain and improve movement in people with osteoarthritis.

This is great for some autoimmune diseases. For me, this quiets an overactive response pretty quickly. It does this by simultaneously inhibiting TH1 and promoting the production of TH2 cytokines.
