My friend has been using Now Stevia for years and has been bugging me to try it for just as long. I had read some of the one-star reviews on the various size bottles and was afraid to order because they were sold by third-party vendors. Some comments were about the seal being missing or having apparent tampering. Not the case this with vendor, seal was secure and the jar appeared to be vacuum sealed. But with this vendor, some comments relate to the Stevia itself – not the same taste, not sweet, fiber not Stevia, etc… MINE HAS NO TASTE WHATSOEVER AND I SUSPECT IT IS FIBER. I CANNOT RETURN IT. SCAM ARTISTS. BUY SAME SIZE FROM NOW FOR ABOUT $1 MORE.

It’s a pain in the backside waiting for it to arrive – you have to get organised and order it before you run out.
Aside from that, it is the best stevia I’ve found. I have been using this brand for about 5 years and won’t change unless I can find the same quality in one I can buy in the UK – but after many attempts to find one, I haven’t so far.

Beware of ‘stevia’ products that are mostly erythritol. They may appear better value, but you’ll need to use a lot more for the same level of sweeteness. This one is expensive for a reason. Just don’t try and bake with it on its own, as more than a little amount will give you a bitter end flavour. Instead, buy pure erythritol, which is 70% sweet compared to sugar, and increase its sweeteness with 1/2-1 tsp of this stevia. Best low-carb/keto/sugar free baking results.

I would have given 5 stars, but it’s very expensive for such a small amount with wastage due to poor scoop design.
And it would be more cost effective and last longer if it were available in 2Oz, 3Oz 4Oz sizes.
The long scoop that comes with it has ridges all the way down the sides which picks up too much of the product and spills over Onto the countertop.
So there has been quite a bit of spillage onto the counter and wasted. (Expensive waste)
The scoop and the container need a redesign to avoid costly waste.
I’ve put the product into a small glass jar with a smaller scoop and it works very well that way.
This particular stevia is by far the most superior on the market
I’ve tried numerous other stevia products but this one is the purest, with no fillers, additives, etc
You only require a little bit and it’s taste is divine.

I guess Everyone has different taste buds but I’ll be honest this stuff is super gross. It’s insanely strong. I had A recipe that asked for 1/4 a cup of powdered stevia, this was my first time using the product and it destroyed the thing I was making. It Alamo’s burned my mouth and left the worst after taste. It says a little goes a long way but even the tiniest amount the taste still stands out. It’s awful and strong in my opinion. Not a fan. I have Their liquid sweetener and love it however.

Organic although taste may not be to everyone’s liking; is somewhat artificial tasting, which paradoxically may be because its not mixed with other/bulking agents. Concentrated so a little goes a long way.
