This is one of the best supplements for blood sugar control… Having the same benefits with the pharmaceutical Glucofas… Berberine is a plan that helps a lot… Neutral taste… the size of the capsule is correct… Metabolizing carbohydrates and it’s very good for nutrition… but it’s better for blood sugar control.

I ordered them because they contain MCT oil and I use berberine daily, so I knew I would use them… well, these are the biggest pills I’ve ever seen – yet, they went down easily and I don’t think I’ll have a problem with them, but if you’re averse to big pills… be warned.

I’ve read a lot of studies on berberine and I think it really works. I don’t know exactly how you can measure it. When I ate carbs and sweets for a month and took berberine with every meal I had a blood test after a month and it said I had low blood sugar perfect. Same as what I have on the keto diet. So I think it’s a perfect supplement to have with you when you eat bad food like bread, pasta, sweets.

It’s great for lowering blood sugar. On the recommendation of my doctor, I take 1 tablet 30 minutes before a meal. Berberine peaks at 30 minutes so I shouldn’t wait more than 30 minutes to eat after taking it. My blood sugar went down 20 points from 130 to 110 on average. With diet and exercise, my blood sugar is normal. For me, berberine has replaced prescription diabetic medication. I know everyone is different, but for me this was a game changer.

Great supplement. For all questions about oil in caps. Research results have shown that stacking berberine with oil is the best combination for optimal absorption, as bereberine alone is very, very poorly absorbed. And MCT oil is an excellent choice, which shows the serious intention of the company. This is by far the only manufacturer I have seen that combines berberine with oil. Excellent

This is the best berberine supplement for me. Aside from its good quality, the fact that it comes in a softgel form which makes it easier to swallow, it doesn’t give off that buttery taste that most berberine capsules have. It has MCT as one of its ingredients. It also normalizes my blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
