Arginine & Ornithine combines two complementary amino acids in one convenient supplement. Arginine is required for proper elimination of urea from the body, which occurs through a critical metabolic cycle that detoxifies the body of nitrogen compounds that are normal byproducts of protein metabolism. Ornithine is synthesized from Arginine and is a precursor of citrulline, proline and glutamic acid. Both of these amino acids are popular with athletes and other active individuals.

L-Arginine (Free-Form), L-Ornithine (from L-Ornithine HCl)
Other ingredients:
Hypromellose ( cellulose capsule), Calcium Citrate and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).
Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 2 capsules daily as needed, preferably with juice or water on an empty stomach, before exercise or at bedtime.

heard great things about ornithine helping you sleep better and wake up more rested. add this to my arsenal.. along with magnesium and taurine. insomniacs can try these 3 supplements. I tend to have palpitations when I try to sleep which makes it difficult. but I find that these 3 supplements help! i also read that lysine, arginine and ornithine taken before bed help release growth hormones 🙂 we need all the growth hormones we can get as we age to delay aging
