can’t say for sure, but I love that it doesn’t have a ton of other “ingredients” like so many other supplements. I much prefer having only the product I need. Not the other supplements. As for the taste, I don’t care. There are so many complaints about taste when it comes to supplements that it’s ridiculous. It mixes well for me and I can’t even tell you how it tastes because I just take it. When I want something tasty I’ll order a cheesecake and the fat to go with it.
