These chewable tablets with a fruity taste are very pleasant to take. The benefits for me have been overwhelming. Calcium works very quickly to reduce acidity and stomach discomfort, while enzymes seem to help food digest faster and pass through the stomach faster. It helped reduce my gastric reflux. Although the recommended dosage is two tablets, I often find that one is enough.

Whenever I had acid reflux I chewed one or two and it worked almost immediately. Because they’re chewable, they’re easy to take anytime, anywhere. And the taste is nice too. I did however notice that after opening the package for a month or two (well before the expiration date), the tablets became soft, as if moisture was entering the bottle. Yet they seemed to work the same way.

I love the quality of Now products. Reflux chews are just what you need when you need fast relief. The size is smaller than a nickel. The ingredients are quite natural but contain xylitol as a sugar. I usually use 1 chewable for my quick relief. Mt husband needs two. It’s a. essential in your medicine cabinet.
