This ALC is pretty good. The quality of composition and ingredients is good and I feel more energetic and calmer. That said, the pill size is large and it’s a bit pricey. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach with a little water. Even though the pills are big, I find these capsules easy to swallow. They leave no aftertaste and do not cause acid reflux. The bottle is large and has an easy to open but secure flip top cap. Delivery of the package was fast as usual. In summary, I would buy it again.

have been taking acetyl L-carnitine for many years. I used to take this supplement for slimming purposes as L carnitine is known to help burn fat in the body. But in 2015, I contracted a chronic neurological autoimmune disease, so most of my nerves in my body are impaired. My memory and cognitive function are impaired. I also have severe nerve pain daily. Significant changes in results after switching from L-Carnitine to this more inclusive product. It certainly works but should not be taken with levothyrixine less than four hours apart. This brand is as good as any, but it can worsen the effects of caffeine and cause panic attacks. I really recommend it to anyone suffering from fatigue or fatigue related to MS. Start at 500mg, then increase every 3 weeks. It interferes with sleep if taken after 3 p.m.
