I first bought this supplement hoping that it will help boost my energy levels. Although I don’t see any apparent improvement in this aspect, what I have noticed is that it has helped me shorten my menstrual cycle. As a person with PCOS, my typical menstrual cycle is around 8 weeks, but I’ve shortened to >6 weeks with this. I have repurchased several times and will continue to do so.

This freeze-dried acai has very little acai flavor. In an acai bowl recipe using two bananas and a cup of almond milk, I put about 2 tbl. and although the mix turned the purple berry color, it had very little, almost no acai flavor. I’ll stick to Now Foods brand.

took it for its antioxidant qualities and also HEARED that acai can “HELP” with weight loss (as long as you eat a balanced/reasonable diet AND exercise too!) and that you are slowly losing weight and you haven’t even been sick with a cold since! (But I also made some lifestyle changes, so it could be one, the other, or BOTH!) It can’t hurt! (I wish I had source for FRESH Acai. I would eat them even if they didn’t taste good.

Acai berries are healthy. So I give them a try. These have no taste, are capsules and are easily swallowed. I have more energy and a clearer mind but not positive that can be attributed to Açaí. I will fill 3 bottles before confirming it is acai. Try them.
