This product was formulated for ages 4+. Shake gently before each use. Once daily, take it directly by mouth. Best taken with food. Use the following chart to assess dose or dose as recommended by physician or healthcare professional:   
1 pump typically fills the dropper about ½ of the way and is approximately 24 drops.  
    Children (4-8 Years): Up to 12 Drops (7 mg)
    Children (9-13 Years): Up to 21 Drops (11 mg)
    Adults (14+ Years): Up to 30 Drops (16 mg)
