bought this product for an anti-inflammatory. I take it with bromelain and it worked well in that combination. This brand is the one I have used in the past and had good experiences with. bought this product because my cardiologist suggested I use it to fight inflammation. I did some research and found that this product had up to 46 times better absorption than some other brands. It’s advertised for joint mobility, but it’s also great for heart health. My cardiologist told me that the biggest threat to heart health is inflammation at the cellular level and he said that turmeric (specifically, curcumin, a subset of turmeric) is tested and has beneficial effects . The capsule is very easy to swallow, the aftertaste is very subtle, and the quality of the product seems very good, not to mention that the price is very inviting compared to other products of the same quality.
