Very good. The ingredient and quality of this milk thistle supplement is very good. The capsule size is ok, I can still swallow it. There are benefits and improvements and good effects since I took this. Taste ? Don’t taste it.. you have to swallow it

I always take it after drinking alcohol to help protect the liver from damage. Milk thistle has anti-inflammatory properties, so it may also help reverse some of the free radical damage associated with alcohol and help the liver better metabolize toxins. It’s known to have a protective and regenerative effect on liver cells, so I think it’s a must for everyone, but I won’t take it every day to avoid an overdose.

It’s not just milk thistle! In the ingredients you also get dandelion root, black radish root, burdock root, parsley root and ginger extract for better absorption and effect! This is to support your liver health and detoxification. I haven’t been using it long enough for the benefits to be seen but I think it is doing something! I found the packaging very good and compact, the label is easy to read. The quality is excellent. The pills are vegetarian capsules with the powder inside. The size is not too big to swallow. I didn’t, but could you possibly open it for the powder and use it as a tea? I don’t see why given the ingredient list, although better research might be needed. I would recommend it to others and it is my favorite milk thistle due to the extra ingredients.
