[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be honest that our baby is not a big fan of gummies but we wanted to try this with our baby. But our baby felt the gummies are too sour and did not take them. It did help her get to sleep but she did not take it after couple times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Natrol Melatonin gummies seem to really work wonders when it comes to speeding up the sleeping process. The first night taking the gummy definitely has a more pronounced impact – very sleepy immediately and a bit ‘groggy’ the next morning – but that seems to fade a bit after multiple uses. I’d say its about 20-40 minutes before you can see signs of tiredness creeping in. Works very consistently!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the pandemic first started and my son was home, he started having problems falling asleep. He just wasn’t getting as much activity during the day from school and recess that he was used to. We started using melatonin to help with that as we needed to maintain his schedule to keep as much normalcy as possible. In addition, he has ASD and ADHD which make it hard for him to slow down his thoughts at night to be able to fall asleep. We tried a few different brands/dosages before finding this one! Liquid supplements are a strict no-go for him, so this gummy has been fantastic. It is small, round, and a red berry-ish color. He likes the taste/texture the best out of any we’ve tried and we find just one is enough to do the trick. We noticed on other brands, even at the same dosage, he would have nightmares and other sleep interruptions. While this seems to be a fairly common side effect of melatonin, we figured it likely had more to do with whatever fillers were being used as opposed to just the melatonin. With Natrol, we rarely have any of those issues. Plus I like that there are no artificial flavors, preservatives or dyes (which was likely causing issues with the other brands that we tried). We give it to him about 30 min before bedtime to give it time to kick in. By the time we’re going upstairs to complete our routine he’s yawning and rubbing his eyes. He is still a generally early riser, but at least we know he’s slept the through the night! For reference my son is 10, about 100lbs, and around 5′ tall.

I tried one myself and I was shocked on how effective and tasty they are. They don’t taste bad, texture is as any gummy snacks and they smell nice but most importantly they work fast and as they should.
