Cinnamon Extract [Cinnamomum cassia (bark)], Biotin, Chromium (from Chromax chromium picolinate)
Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, cellulose gum, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, methylcellulose, glycerin.
NO: Milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, yeast, artificial colors or flavors, added sugar or preservatives.
Recommended use:
Take 1 tablet, two times daily, with a meal.
