Phase 2 Carb Controller Complex ((White Kidney Bean Extract (Phaseolus vulgaris), Foodbound Chromium, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate)), Calcium (from Dibasic Calcium Phosphate), Chromium (from Foodbound Chromium)
Other ingredients:
Hypromellose, gum arabic, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin.
Contains: Milk and soy.
No: Egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, artificial colors or flavors, added sugar or preservatives.
Recommended use:
For optimal effect, take 2 capsules, immediately before starch-heavy meals. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.

This year I’m back on my Keto/Atkins diet (20g or less grams of carbs per day) so these capsules are *invaluable* when you’re on the run and need to eat a burger or something with “half the bread” and ALWAYS maintain a state of ketosis. In my opinion (and based on my own finger-prick blood sugar tests), Carb Intercept capsules prevent approximately 95% of starches from being broken down into sugar in your stomach (by passing the starch through as fiber instead, which is amazing!), so they really help me when I need (or just break down and “must have”) some starch. switched to this because Irwin’s 3 in 1 carb blocker became unreasonably expensive. I think this product works and I use it in conjunction with L-carnitine tartrate as I have heard tartrate works well when I consume with high carb meals and see results. I wonder if this works well, I would say if you eat too many foods like pizza it CAN reduce the effects of carbs on your body and make you gain weight, in fact it has kept me at a stable weight while i thought my cheat meal would have ruined my results but don’t expect fat loss or magic results you still need to be in a low calorie deficit to lose weight so yes it works but doesn’t remember to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight and when you lean you need to change your plan because your weight loss will change the amount of calories needed if you want to lose more weight
