Ingredients:
Coconut Powder (4:1), Vitamin B3 (as Niacinamide), Pantothenic Acid (as d-calcium pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCL), Vitamin B2 (As Riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (as thiamine hydrochloride), Biotin, Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin)
Other ingredients:
Xylitol, Cellulose Gum, Dextrose, Dextrin, Silicon Dioxide, Crospovidone, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Natural Flavor.
NO: milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, soybeans, yeast, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
Contains: Wheat, Tree Nuts (Coconut).
Recommended use:
Take 1 tablet in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Allow a tablet to dissolve in the mouth. No water necessary.
