They act as so-called adaptogens, that is, they aid resilience to stressful situations.

8 INGREDIENTS IN A CREAMY CUP
1) Dried coconut milk
Delicious coconut milk gives the drink its smoothness, smooth consistency and irresistible creamy taste.
2) Coffee
This premium instant coffee belongs to the deliciously smooth 100% Arabica variety. The coffee beans are processed very gently after harvesting. After the beans are roasted and brewed, the coffee is concentrated by evaporation and finally spray-dried into pure instant powder.
The coffee is regularly tested by the producers with a result of zero pesticide content. External laboratory tests for mycotoxin content are also carried out continuously to ensure that they are kept to a minimum. It is therefore a product of the highest quality.
It contains 50 mg of caffeine per serving.
3) Coconut sugar
Coconut palm sugar is produced by boiling the sap of the coconut palm tree. It is not a refined sugar. One serving contains only 1 gram of sugar, which for reference is about one twentieth of a banana.
4) Lion’s Mane / Coral Mane (300 mg)
This is a rare mushroom. Its appearance resemblesa lion’s mane that grows on the trunks of deciduous trees. For hundreds of years it has been used primarily to support cognitive function and memory.
5) Chaga / rhizome (200 mg)
Ironically referred to as the "king of mushrooms" or the "diamond of the forest", this wood-rotting fungus grows on birch and deciduous trees. Russian folk medicine has used it for hundreds of years to support physical endurance and normal immune system function.
During World War II in Finland, chaga was used to replace the then unavailable coffee for its taste and similar aromatic profile, as well as to ward off fatigue and regain physical strength. And even before that, it was made famous by the inhabitants of a Siberian village who also used it as a substitute for coffee and tea and enjoyed unusually robust health.
6) Lucuma
This Peruvian superfood has a naturally sweet taste. Lucuma is a great natural alternative sweeten
