What Does QH-absorb Do?
Cells produce Ubiquinol, the active antioxidant state of Co-Q10, which is significantly better absorbed, particularly as we age.
QH-absorb is a proprietary, enhanced-stability formula, clinically shown in humans to increase Co-Q10 levels by 215% at 100 mg per day and by 777% over baseline at 300 mg per day.

have both my parents on it. My father will be 86 this fall. Both parents have heart problems and blood pressure problems. I believe this product strengthens their hearts and helps them live longer. Doses of 600 mg have been used to sustain life in people with congestive heart failure. This research was done in Italy. I have my dad on 400mg. He takes one with breakfast and one before bed. He is doing very well.

UPDATE: I got my bfp the following month. I started taking it after reading the book “It starts with an egg”. I ordered two bottles, one for me and one for my husband to improve the quality of the eggs. We have no side effects and I really like it. Hopefully this will do the job in three months!

Quality product. I am taking two capsules after reading about a bodybuilder who took ubiquinol and reversed some heart issues. I chose ubiquinol over CoQ10 because ubiquinol ingredients have 2x better bioavailability. The capsule size is larger, but most should be fine. I find these are best taken with a meal, being careful to time it when on a cutting diet. The benefits of taking ubiquinol have been shown to benefit heart health and high blood pressure

Great value on this package and I take 3 a day for IVF prep. It’s a very good brand and this active form of co-q10 has been shown to be more bioavailable, although studies are limited. I have a diminished ovarian reserve, but it has remained at the same level for 2 years, which is good for me.

bought this supplement for my grandmother because Q10 is great for the heart and she suffers from arteriosclerosis and high blood pressure. The ingredient in this supplement is so important for anyone suffering from heart problems, high blood pressure, etc. The bottle size (quantity of pills) is only 60 capsules unfortunately, but I got a good price for it so I’m happy.

As someone who is afraid of swallowing pills, the soft, gel-like texture of the pill makes it less intimidating to swallow despite being larger in size than a typical capsule. There is no taste in it. I have been taking it for 2-3 months for fertility purposes. I hope to see all the benefits soon!

I am on a fertility program and have been advised to take ubiquinol. It’s much better than the one I bought from a local store because it has 200mg. So far my amh level has improved, although I’m not sure if that’s entirely because of this supplement or other supplements I’m taking.
