Vitamin Code Family Recommended Use:
Adults and children over 6 years of age, take 4 capsules daily. Best when taken 2 capsules twice a day. May be taken with or without food. Capsules may be opened and contents may be added to water or raw juice. Not intended for children under 6 years of age.

We’ve now been taking this for over 6 years because of the benefits that come with taking vitamins derived from raw, whole foods rather than a bunch of synthetic ingredients. This is the best multivitamin I have found and it has the right combination of quality ingredients. It includes all the necessary vitamins and minerals which are derived from natural ingredients. Plus, it includes a raw blend of probiotics and enzymes. I love that it’s made in the USA from natural whole foods. The size is fine for me, but if the capsules are too big, unlike the tablets, they could be opened and mixed with food.

It is one of the only multivitamins that includes vitamin B complex, vitamin K2, probiotics and folate rather than folic acid. And it is third-party certified (NSF). Recommended for adults and children over 6 (2 capsules twice a day), but the capsules are large – ok for my 12 year old, but my 9 year old wouldn’t take them.
