Vegetable cellulose (capsule), natural rice (hull). Contains: Milk. No binders, fillers, carriers, nor artificial colors or preservatives.
Recommended use:
Adults take 1 capsule daily. May be taken with or without food. Capsules can be opened. Contents can be taken directly with water or juice. Not intended for children.

It is a very good supplement that does not need to be taken daily to get the full effect. It actually relieves any constipation, however, I have noticed that sometimes the day after taking it, I don’t go. Once I go it’s a total clean experience. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I severely underestimated the power of these probiotics just by looking at the size of the capsules in contrast to the amount of CFU’s per serving. Taking one capsule a day is perfect for me, and the capsules themselves are extremely easy to swallow. There are times where I really just swallow it by itself and it goes down with no problem because of how small and slender it is. And I can most definitely tell that these are much stronger than the other probiotics that I have tried this year. So I will definitely recommend for better quality, great convenience, and strength. The only downside I can possibly think of is the amount of packaging that is used. For the size of the capsules, I would honestly expect the packaging to be a lot smaller to reduce waste. So that is one small thing to keep in mind when you consider this.
