I’ve just started on Huel and took these to help my body get used to Huel. So far I haven’t experienced any of the concerns I read about certain bodyily functions when starting Huel. I don’t know if that’s because this product works or if my body was already happy with Huel, but I’ve tried the odd protein shake before that’s upset my stomach so I’m more inclined to think this product really does work.
