I’ve been taking them 3 times a day 4 days and 3 days on an empty stomach for just over a year now. Unfortunately, this did absolutely nothing for my large cysts (although they did not grow!) and did not unblock my ovarian tube. However even my gynecologist said he absolutely noticed the difference with the adhesions and my endometriosis is calm now. The first month I didn’t feel anything but after that I felt weird ploppings in my belly. My stomach was so tight from all the adhesions…now it’s normal again! I used another brand but the quality was not as good as this one. It hurts my stomach in the morning but it’s doable. The package arrived very quickly in the Netherlands, I will order again.
