The price doesn’t lie. every time i get 1, in half an hour or so i feel drowsy, whereas with a cheaper product, whether in powder or capsule form, that’s not a guarantee sure, not that I took it for a sleep problem, however, the purpose is to support the brain or nourish the brain, but I’ve been severely deficient in magnesium recently, taking it still seems to be enough to cover my daily needs , because there are no more muscle spasms at night, since I took a large dose of powder until I was empty and continued with this Magtein and turned out that the coverage is quite good although less dosed than the powder.
