Carlson Labs is a brand I’ve wanted to switch to for a long time because their fish oil isn’t rancid and they don’t use unnecessary fillers. It was the highest potency omega-3 I could find. Their soft gels, although bulky, are not hard to swallow. The bonus bottle is easy to fill and carry on the trip. I have noticed that my joints don’t break, crack or pop as much when taking them. Of good quality, this fish oil is rich in DHA EPA and Omega. I can feel that my dry eye has been relieved after taking this. One downside of this product is the size of the pill which is too big, it always gets stuck in my throat and hard to swallow.

We have been using this product for approximately a year and absolutely love it. It has ZERO aftertaste! My husband doesn’t have the same level of sensitivity to fish oil products as I do and this is the only one I have found that doesn’t have any aftertaste. It’s so hard to get fish without mercury and other heavy metals. This brand comes from cleaner waters that are supposedly free of heavy metals. It’s good to know that there are still clean products. For your information, when you eat fish, consider eating cabbage with it. The heavy metals will attach to the cabbage and move out of your body instead of staying inside and wreaking havoc in the body.
