Calming Day Recommended Use:
Mix 1 serving (7.8 grams) with 2 oz of warm water, stir thoroughly, then add 4 oz of cold water. Or, if you prefer, just add to a glass or bottle of cold water, mix thoroughly and enjoy.

bought it to supplement my magnesium. This product contains stevia as a flavor ingredient. The tastes aren’t the best but it’s not bad either. It reminds me of the magnesium sulfate in the glass bottle. It foams a lot after mixing the suggested dosage in water. I don’t often have time to follow the instructions for using lukewarm water because it tastes better cold.

The taste is very delicious. I bought it to replace the Natural Calm I was taking the night before, but I think this formula gave me too much of a boost for evening use, so I put in a drink during the day. I think it’s a good formula, but not to be taken right before bedtime, although that’s my opinion.
