It’s quick and easy to make a delicious sweet treat with our Protein Brownie baking mix, because you need only two other ingredients: oil and water. It’s gluten- and palm oil free and contains no added sugar*!
It contains 12 g of protein mostly from hydrolysed collagen and whey proteins.** We are not saying you can eat an unlimited amount of it, but it fits perfectly into a balanced diet once or twice!Supplement Facts:

Protein Brownie Other Ingredients:
chocolate powder with no added sugar [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), flavouring], whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolysed collagen 6.8%, fat-reduced cocoa powder, whole egg powder, whey protein concentrate 3.4%, whey protein isolate 1%, flavourings, sweetener (sucralose).
Protein Brownie Recommended Use:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix 1 serving (120 g = 6 heaped tablespoons) baking mix with 80 ml (= 8 tablespoons) water and 30 g (= 3 tablespoons) sunflower oil until you get a smooth texture. Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting. It can be made with coconut oil and butter, too.
