Ingredients:
Inulin, Glucomannan, Citrus fibre, Psyllium husks powder, Fructooligosaccharides

Other ingredients:
Inulin 51.3%, glucomannan 26.7% (from Amorphophallus Konjac tuber) (contains sulfur dioxide), citrus fibre 8%, psyllium husks powder 7%, ( from Plantago ovata seeds), fructooligosaccharides 6%, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods. May contain traces of lupin, sesame seeds and mustard.

Recommended use:
Mix 1 serving (5 g = 1 level scoop = 2 teaspoons) product with at least 200 ml water or beverage of your choice in a shaker bottle. Consume 3 servings daily before meals with plenty of fluid.

Warnings:
This product does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Without drinking enough liquid, the product may cause chocking. Take plenty of water to make sure the product reaches the stomach. Not recommended for people with swallowing difficulties. Not recommended for people with medical condition and /or taking medications and other fibre products.
Store product tightly closed in a cool, dry place. After opening, do not remove silica bag. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
