Cake:

1 ½ cups almond flour (superfine)

½ cup coconut flour

2 scoops Back garden of Lifestyle Grass Fed Collagen Peptides

2 tsp. baking powder

¼ tsp. sea salt

 

¾ cup grass-fed butter

1 cup monkfruit sweetener

4 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla extract

½ cup milk or non-dairy milk

 

Frosting:

2 cups hefty whipping cream

1 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar

8 oz. product cheese

1 tsp. vanilla extract

 

Blueberries and Strawberries for decorating

 

Preparation:

To make cake, whisk alongside one another the flours, peptides, baking powder and sea salt and established aside.
