Use Organic and natural:
Green Goddess Smoothie:
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 smaller avocado (about ½ cup mashed)
1 significant banana
1 hefty handful of spinach leaves
1 scoop Garden of Existence Raw Organic and natural Protein Vanilla
5 pitted dates (optional)
1½ cups of ice
Mix all ingredients until finally smooth.
Pineapple Ginger Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup coconut water
1 inch finely chopped ginger root
1 scoop Backyard garden of Daily life Raw Organic Protein Vanilla
6 toddler carrots
2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 ripe banana
Mix all elements until eventually easy.
To make levels, pour eco-friendly smoothie into a glass about ½ way then pour the pineapple smoothie into the glass to the top rated. Use a straw to attract exciting traces up from the bottom of the glass. Increase toppings like coconut flakes, granola or fresh fruit/herbs to garnish.
