Collagen Thai Tea Latte

Use Natural

Do-it-yourself Almond Milk:

2 cups unsalted almonds

4 Medjool dates

1 tsp. vanilla

Thai Tea:

3 cups h2o

4 black tea gags (this kind of as Earl Gray)

1 cinnamon adhere

2 whole cloves

1 cardamon pod

2 star anise

2 Tbsp. honey

2 scoops Backyard of Lifestyle Collagen Protein Vanilla

Ice

Nutmeg for garnish

Preparing:

Convey 3 cups of water to a small simmer then convert off heat and include tea bags, spices and honey. Let neat. To make almond milk, soak almonds for several hrs then clear away skins (they appear off conveniently). Rinse almonds. Area 2 cups of water, dates and almonds in a blender and mix for about 1 moment. Pour contents by a nut bag or cheesecloth and squeeze gently until finally the contents in the nut bag are almost dry. Blend in vanilla and collagen protein using a frother or whisk. Fill 2 cups with ice (or 4 cups). Pour tea combination (take out cinnamon sticks and other spices) about ice about ¾ of the way up. Fill the relaxation of the cup with almond milk then garnish with refreshing nutmeg.
